Virtual talent management support (Bilibili related projects)

We were involved in a management project for a virtual celebrity, a central figure in 2D culture, and supported the formation of a community and the expansion of a fan base. Specifically, we were responsible for fan club management, streaming schedule management, and collaboration with corporate sponsors, building a sustainable online activity base. Furthermore, we achieved cross-border fan engagement through streaming events both in Japan and overseas. This created a new form of cultural exchange centered on digital celebrities.

Cross-cultural IP collaboration support

As a new project, we promoted a plan to connect Japan and China, centering on IP, including anime and games. We provided comprehensive support, from coordinating the operation of a local exhibition to overseeing the production of collaboration goods and establishing sales channels. While adjusting to the needs of different cultural spheres, we succeeded in bringing the work to market in a way that maximized its appeal. This initiative presented a new practical model for the international expansion of content, and showed a path forward for partner companies aiming to expand overseas.

Goods & Digital Entertainment Support

At the request of a client, we provided comprehensive support for the commercialization of a brand centered around a virtual celebrity. We were responsible for everything from planning and creating original goods based on the character's worldview, to supervising the design, managing the manufacturing process, and building an online sales system using an e-commerce site. We also created experiential brand value that went beyond merchandise sales by combining exhibitions at domestic and international events with fan participation campaigns. As a result, we established a revenue model both online and offline, contributing to sustainable growth.
