Social Impact

Cooperation with local communities

As a company rooted in the local community, we are promoting projects related to the medical and health fields and lifestyle support services. For example, by importing and selling medical supplies and health-related products from overseas, we are providing local communities with options that are difficult to find domestically. We are also preparing to roll out international medical services in collaboration with local governments and medical institutions, aiming to play a complementary role in local medical care. Furthermore, we are planning collaborative events with local organizations and small and medium-sized businesses, taking advantage of our shared office base, and are working to build a foundation that will simultaneously revitalize the local community and achieve international exchange.

Promoting diversity and a pleasant working environment

Although our company has a small number of employees, we have a multinational team, with people from different backgrounds working together to get the job done. We have flexibly implemented remote work and flextime, and have established a system that takes work-life balance into consideration. We also digitize contracts and documents as much as possible, reducing wasted time and environmental impact, thereby achieving efficient business operations. We actively consider hiring female employees and international students, and by promoting a "work-friendly" workplace that is unconstrained by culture or gender, we are playing a part in creating a corporate model where diverse talent can thrive.

Global social contribution

Leveraging our international network, we provide business and lifestyle support services that connect Japan and the rest of the world. For example, through M&A and business consulting for overseas companies looking to enter Japan, we act as a bridge to create new jobs and services for local economies. We also provide practical support for travel and residence for those looking to study abroad or develop their business overseas, contributing to the promotion of international exchange. In the future, we plan to use this knowledge to launch projects that contribute to solving social issues and expand into efforts that support mutual understanding and sustainable development among multiple countries.
