Recruitment information (new graduates/career)

Salary: Determined in accordance with company regulations based on job duties and responsibilities, taking into consideration career, age, and ability
Allowances: Commuting expenses, overtime allowance, etc.
Salary increase: once a year
Bonus: Once a year (may vary depending on performance)
Work location: Osaka, Tokyo (Tokyo office is scheduled to begin operations in April 2026)
Working hours: 11:00-20:00 (standard working hours 8 hours / 1 hour break) *Flexible working hours available
Holidays and vacations: 2 days off per week (Saturday and Sunday), public holidays, New Year's holidays, summer vacation, paid vacation, etc.
Trial period: Yes (3 months)

Balancing design and management

I am involved in both design work and management perspectives. I am not limited to design, but am also involved in planning and overall progress management, which gives me great satisfaction in experiencing the moment when my ideas actually come together into a business. I can really see how small challenges directly lead to the growth of the company.

Promoting international projects

I am also involved in international projects related to anime and virtual talent, and am in charge of connecting Japan with the rest of the world. I feel that my perspective has broadened dramatically as I have been involved in coordinating with overseas companies and realizing products that utilize IP. Even though I am still inexperienced, it is very stimulating to be able to work as a part of such a project.

I am mainly involved in managing Vtubers. In addition to supporting planning and distribution, the biggest attraction of this job is that it allows me to experience both entertainment and technology. I think that the feeling of growing together with the fans is something that is unique to this job.
